From a young age, I fell in love with the written word. The way an author weaves words into phrases and sentences. When I read their ideas, consider their observations, and meet their characters, it comes alive in my voice and plays out in my imagination.
That’s when a story takes root.
My goal is simple. To leave you with something worth pondering long after the last page.

Shadows is all about who and what impacts us on life’s journey. It is also about discovering the shadows we cast upon those we encounter along the way as well.
It is also about realizing broken branches and pruning lead to new growth and creating shade in ways we never thought about.

Every life is shaped by the people we meet, the places we live, the joys we celebrate, and the trials we endure. Those experiences become the lens through which we see the world.
My own journey has carried me through seventeen homes across four states, and through the roles of son, husband, father, coach, flooring professional, and author. Each has left roots that continue to influence the stories I tell.
